We make control and non-control investments in companies with an enterprise value less than $50 million with annual growth rates and EBITDA margins above 15%. Instead, by adhering to our core criteria, we have selectively pursued attractive opportunities across a broad range of industry sectors including business services, customer services, and specialty manufacturing.
