CSW Private Equity provides capital and resources for closely held, middle market U.S. companies. Our investment philosophy combines a balanced and disciplined approach with a non-traditional view of the middle market. Typically, we will invest between $10 million and $20 million, but are well-positioned to participate in both larger and smaller transactions. CSW makes investments in our areas of expertise: consumer/retail and general industrial manufacturing and services. CSW has an operating approach to private equity investing as many of the partners have run leverage buyouts in our targeted areas of focus.
